Mr.' Mncnamaro, Parliamentary Secretary, to the Admiralty, stated in the House of Commons' that Mr. Churchill; First Lord of tho Admiralty, considered it x would be better to deal with the recent speech of Admiral von Tirpitz, Secretary to the German Navy, when tho Naval Estimates wero presented. Then the House could review the position as a whole. ,In the meantime, Mr. Churchill desired to express a general feeling of satisfaction at tho friendly tone of. the recent discussion in the German Reichstag. ~ ..
