(Specially written for The Dominion,) THURSDAY. Soup Royalc. Mutton and Macaroni. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Peach Pudding., Cream. MUTTON AND MACARONI. Half pound cooked mutton; loz. butter, 1 challot, 1 tablcspoonful tomato sauce, 3oz. macaroni, 1 pint stock, Joz. flour, 1 tablcspoonful chopped parsley, 1 tablcspoonful mushroom ketchup. Put (he macaroni into boiling salt and water, and boil gently Jhr. Cut the meat into thin slices, make the butter Lot, add chopped challot and fry uutil a golden brown Add the flour, stir until boiling. Add parsley sauce, pepper and salt. Put'the meat in and gently heat through without bojling. Cut half the macaroni into 1inch lengths and add to tho gravy. Dish on a hot dish and garnish with the remainder of, tho macaroni. •
FOR TO-MORROW. One Pint Haricot Beans. Stock. Milk. Herbs. Hake. Apricots. Cream.
