TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Speoially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Tomato Soup. Roast. Beef. Yorkshire Pudding. Potatoes. Apricot Pudding. Cream. TOMATO SOUP. Two pounds fresh tomatoes, loz. butter, loz. bacon, 1 carrot, 1 onion, a stick of celery, 1 quart tomato liquor, and stock mixed. Tnickening. To overy quart of soup when served allow one ouuee sago. Cut tho bacon and vegetables into slices, and fry tiieni in the melted butter. Add tho •stock .and salt, bring to tho boil, and simmer from one and u half to two hours. Rub through a hair sieve, return to rinsed pun, sprinkle in the tapioca, and cook until the grain is clear.
