Tho vessel lmd a good weather-run across, and her 350 excursionists were landed in launches aud boats in amplo 'time to witness tho unvofling oil tho Captain Cookl Memorial by his Excellency .tho Governor. The return journey was commenced at 3.30 p.m., and Wellington Wharf was reached at 6.30 p.m. Coming back the Mararoa experienced a hard north-westerly "blow," but very little sea.
