BALLOONISTS NARROW ESCAPE. ' 1 Melbourne, February 10. A balloonist named Rinaldo had a sensational experience. A slit caused the balloon to tdesoend., rapidly. •'Rinaldo, hanging to b. trapeze, was dashed on to the housetops, and went through a window. Drawn out, he fell, a distance of twenty feet, his wrist and nose being broken. He was also badly cut and had to be taken to the hospital.
