Mackenzie Rogan, bandmaster of the Coldstream G,uards, at the Queen's Hall, Lo.rd Roberts paid a high tribute to tho worth of this military adjunct. Ho said ho had seen men weary and worn out with fatigue, hot and covered with dust, brighten up tho moment the tap of tho drum was' heard indicating that the band was going to play a lively quick step. It had tho greatest effect upon them both in camp and'in quarters. "I should deeply regret," said tho Field-Marshal, "any arrangements being made on the score of economy by which bands should be taken away from the regiments. I feel certain it would be a very falso stop." A'k for Warner's Rust-proof Corsets. Stvlo G3G, a splendid wearing corset, for the well-developed wc.man. Pits perfectly nnd comfortably.
