Under tho conditions entered into with tho Uawke's Bay Association, tho sum of «£SO (approximately) is payable out of the meeting to the Hastings Club; and under, tho conditions of his appointment the secretary of the association was granted a bonus 0f.;,£20 /or each meeting for services in managing them.
