Bulgaria lias refused tho request of tho Consuls at Adrianople, that a special quarter of the town should not bo bombarded, and that 120 foreigners should be allowed to pass through tho Bulgarian lines, as being calculated to impede operations. ' TURKISH MILITARY ACTIVITY. Constantinople, February 8. A largo Turkish force has collected at Ismid, 'In Asia Minor, and Pnndermayo. It is supposed that it intends to land at Rodosto" or Midia, with Envor Bey commanding, and threaten tho rear of tho Bulgarian forces at Gallipoli and Chatalja.
