The Turkish Government is contemplating tho sale of tho Crown jewels and the issue of paper money. 1 , The- Ottoman Consul at Bombay reports that the Moslems in India havo subscribed, a million worth of bonds. Reschid Pasha, the Turkish peace delegate, is prolonging his stay in London.
