The "Allahabad Pioneer" protests ■at the proceedings of the Publlo Services Commission, of which Lord Islington, lately Governor of Now Zealand, is chairman. It declares that if tho Commission continues its investigations on the present lines 5t will creato bitterness and ill-feeling which will take years to eradicate. With the exception of Mr. Gopal Krishna Gokhalo, there is hardly a member who seems to have an idea what the Commission is after. :
