I (Specially written for The Dominion.) 1 I . THURSDAY. ; I Curry soup. Roast loin of pork. Apple \ | eauco. Potatoes. Cabbage. Stewed P nectarines. Junket. Cream. I . CURRY SOUP. I Two quarts second stock, two apples, B ono ounce flour, ono ounce dripping, two ■ jt ounces Patna rice, two onions, juice of E half a lemon, two tablespoonfuls curry I powder, ono tablcspbonful sugar. ; S Peel and chop up the onions and- apf. pies. Mako the fat hot and. fry the onion f until brown. Add tho curry powder and | flour, and stir well over the fire. Add the t apple and stock, and simmer one hour. I Rub through a sieve, return to tho saucefc pan, and add tho lemon juice and sugar, i Boil tho rico aa for curry, and servo in the | soup separately or as preferred. , t FOR TO-iMORROW. | Stock, fish, raisins, suet, apricots, jelly.
