Tho available balance .on v . the year's transactions, and including tho balance brought forward from tho previous year, amounts to £121,260,,fr0m which ha-s to be deduotcd a- dividend of £18,750. paid in August last. The directors now recommend the placing of £50,CC0 to reserve fund andN£sooo to provident fund. -From tho balance of £47,510'.th0. directors recommend the'payment, of a' dividend at,tho rate of 2s. 6d. per share, and a bonus-of Is. per share, absorbing-£26.250, making 6s. ner share for the year, and leaving a not halanpa. of £21,260 to be carried forward. Paid-up capital, reserves, alid undivided profit now aipourit to £891.260, after providing for tho dividend and bonus recommended by-the- directors.
