A meeting of the Citizens' Carnival Art Union Committee was held yesterday afternoon. The secretary was authorised to order another lot of 10,000 art union tickets, which will bring the total number in circulation up to' 40,000. Arrangements'were discussed to secure the better distribution of tickets in business houses and shops in the city, and the secretary was authorised'to appoint a distributor to' do this work.
