Leaving estate of J!203,055 gross value, Mr. Seear made bzquests ,to his wife and to employees and servants, and subject to the life interest of his wife and other residuary legatees he left the ultimate residue of. his property in equal shares to tho Company of I.oriners and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, in eaoh case for a "Seear "bequest" for tho benefit of old member*
