Zealand Cathoho Federation, at a meet}' ing held in Wellington last night, passed unanimously the following resolution:— : "That the Dominion Executive of tho .New Zealand Cntholio Federation hereby firolests agninst the decision of tho Wei. ington Education Board in denying to scholarship winners the 6ption of holding their scholarships at St. Patrick's Collego, Wellington, and declares such do« cision to bo a manifest injustice not only to such echolarship winners, but also to that institution itself, for, among others, tho following reasons:— ' '.
