Rome, January 27. The Italian banks havo purchased at par, without public subscription, tho whole of an issuo of 100,000,000 liro (about *£10,000,000) four per cent. Treasury bonds. Tho loan is to provide chiefly for expenditure arising from .'the Tripolitan War.
