New Zealand, who ha 9 been visiting friends in: the United States, is shortly expected in' Ireland, where lie will stay with the Marist 'Fathers in Dublin!
Mr. and Mrs. J. Rose, of Lower- Hutt, Wellington,' are expected in England early next year,'as are also Mr. and Mrs. Martin Kennedy, of ; Wellington, and their daughters, who. come, by the Orama. Company of Gardeners' dinner last week, and, a few days earlier, was entertained by the Company of Merchants of the' City of Edinburgh, when' ho replied to..the toast of "The Dominions Beyond the Seas," proposed by Sir.
