TO-DAY'S DINNER. (Speoially written for The Dominion.) SATURDAY. , Vegetable Soup. Veal Cutlets and Bacon. Potatoes. Groen Peas. Apricot Tart. Cream. SUNDAY. ' Tomato Soup. Roast Lamb. Mint Sauce. Potatoes. Green Peas, French Beans. Gjeengago Tart. Baked Custard Pudding. Croam. FOR SUPPER. Gold Lamb. Ox Tongue.- Lettuoo and Tomato Salad. Peach Jelly. Lemon Pie. LEMON PlE.'' One tablespoonful of cornflour, 1 break, fastcupful boiling water, 1 talle6poonful butter, 1 teacupful, of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 largo lemon (grated), rind and juice. Mix the oornflour with a little cold water; pour tho boiling water on to'it, etirriug well; return to tho saucepan: strir until it boils, and then add . the butter and sugar, tho grated lemon rind, and the 'iuice. Tako oif the fire, let it cool a little, and add tho well-beaten egg. Line tho rim and a littlo of tho sides of a piedish with good pastry; pour in the mixture, and hake until tho pastry is cookod. It can bo served hot or cold.
