(SpeoiaUy written.for The Dominion,) FRIDAY. Vegetable soup. Baked stuffed fisli. Stowed pears. Junket. Cream. Pancakes. PANCAKES. Half-pint milk, Jib. flour, 1 egg, pinch of salt, lemon, sugar. Mix the flour and suit together in a basin. Make a well, break'in tho egg, and add a little milk. Mix gradually with a wooden spoon. Beat for ten minutes and then add the rest of tho milk. Allow it to stand for 2 hours. Make a little piece of dripping hot in a frying pan. Paur in 2 tablespoon, fuls of butter. let it run all over the pnn. Fry, toss to the other side, and fry again. Turn on to a sugared paper, sprinkle with lemon juice, and sugar, Roll up and servo very hot. FOR TO-MORROW. j Two pounds fillet of veal. Bacon. Green peas. Apricots. Pastry. Cream. • FOR SUNDAY.
