AMENDMENT ACCEPTED.

The Hotno Secrotary, Mr. M'Kenna, has agreed to amend clause 18 of the Welsh Disestablishment Bill, in order to provide that surplusses arising out of tho disendowment 6hould. not bo spent by public bodies for public purposes, but should be restricted to eleemosynary objects, i and bo ancillary to primary religious purposes.
