MOONLIGHT EXCURSION.
The s.s. Duchess has been chartered for a moonlight harbour excursion on Monday evening next, trader'tho auspices of tho Central Mission; ■ Tho steamer will leave tho Ferry Company's wharf at 7.45 p.m., returning:. from Bay's Bay at !fl p.m., and arriving at Wellington at 10.35. Selections of'band music will bo played on board by tho Silver and' Boys' Bands, fifty strong:,: and a programme will also bo rendered ,iu tho Day's Bay grounds. The adult fare for the public is Is.- 6d. return. In case of uncertain' weather on Monday final, announcement'will bercsdo in' Monday, evening's paper. '
