BABIES' COURT.

A Babies' Court has recently been established in' Chicago. .This Court, whioh is tho first of its description in tho world, is in connection with the Court of JJomestio' Relations in that oity. A clerk has been appointed to the Court, a Mrs. Mary Leavitt, whose duty it will bo to endeavour to settle disputes between parents regarding the infants.
