Kidney Soup. Stewed Neok of Mutton _ and Green Fens. Potatoes. Qabbage. Banana Triflo. BANANA TRIFLE. -Skin and slice J dozen bananas, spread on. jam and join together. sprinklo over thorn a, little lemon Juice and a tablespoonful,of sugar. Make a boiled custard, when- quito cold pour over tho baml 2 w l u ! 4s , of eg-ffs stiffly, addn 1 tablespopnful of' icing sugar gradually, heap, roughly over tho custard and sprinkle with, pmk sugar.
FOE TO-MORROW. Stock. Loin of Pork. Apples. French Beans. Short Crust. Two Lemons.
