Mr. Carmichaol, Minister.. for Labour, states that ho has learned that tho Mount Kembla Company does not intend to reinstate: Russell, andho hag therefore remitted the matter to tho Industrial Court, and, considering .the.extreme importance of the case, had asked for the appointment of a special judge to deal with it. '; '
