The Supremo Court hap decidcd that corners in inter-Stato commodities, such ■as clothing and food aro illegal, as violations of the Anti-Trust Law; Tho Court held that the indictment of James Patten, tlio "cotton king," and Eugene Scales as associates in a conspiracy to run an alleged cotton corner was legal. • The oaso will, therefore, bo remitted for trial.
