• Bandsmen in all parts of the Dominion will be interested to know that the band of the 10th North Otago Regiment (late Oamaru Garrison) is being supplied with a complete now set of 25' Higham silverplated and engraved, contesting model, Class A instruments. Each instrument will be supplied with a: leather caso of the best quality. The order has been placed with Mr. J. W. Copithorne, of Wellington, who is agent for these instruments. Mr. Copithorne is also landing a full set of instruments of tho snlno class and model in brass, for tho iTaihape Band. The Ist Infantry Regiment (late Christchurch Garrison), and ■nlso Greymouth Citizens' Bands liavo shown decided preference for Higham's instruments, as Mr.' Copithorne has lately supplied part sets in brass to each band, and a full set to • Morrinsviilo Bani
