It was previously reported that tho Executive Council of the Amalgamated Society of Engineors has summoned tho branoh delegates to rescind tho alleged unconstitutional alterations to tho rules Tho delegates met and suspended tho wholo cquncil, and, pending a fresh ballot, appointed a provisional executive, upon which tho council immediately suspended tho branches, who aro puzzled to know which of the rival councils they aro to obey.
