One of tho Horefords is for. Mr. C. A. J. Levett, of Kiwitca, Feilding, and tho other is for Mr. D. Macfarlane/of Christehurch. Tho Eomneys are all for tho South Island, nine of them going to Dunodin for Messrs. W. and J. Tellord and two to Mr. J. K. M'Kenzie, Otngo. If a dairy farmer were as rich as Carnegie, the chances are he would change his occupation. And unless ho has tho wealth of the Steel King, he can hardly afford to throw money away. Farmers who take self-cooled milk to the factory arc squandering money, for milk cooled in Parton's Coolers gets far better tests and makes bigger profits.
