Half pound breadcrumbs. -Jib. suet, 2oz. flour, ioz. moist sugar, 2 lemons, 2 eggs, 1} gills milk. Slake the breadcrumbs, shred and chop the suet finely. Mil all the dry ingredients in a bowl, and add the grated lemon rind. , Strain the lemon juice. Beat up the eggs, add the milk, and stir the liquid into tho dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour the mixturo into a greased bowl, cover with a buttered paper, and steam for about I}, hours. .Turn the pudding on to a Lot dish, and pour round either a custard sauce or a sweet white Bance. : ' li FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. 21b. mutton cutlets, tomatoes, vegetable marrow, peaches. SUNDAY. Green peas, stock, shoulder of veal, forcemeat, French beans, oranges, jelly. SUPPER. . Cold veal, salad, one cooked fowl, mayonnaise, macaroons, strawberries, jam, creani, carmine, sweet jelly.
