There never had bean anything connected with sport, charitable institutions, or tho agriOuitural industry that Sir Walter.hod declined to help, if he thought that it was ft good cause. But more than that, he Could say "No" when the' occasion, demahded.it, and that was tamcthiMjvhieh very few men could do.
