4'PROTECTIVE ORDINANCE, Dy Telegraph—Press AnGool&tlon-Copyrigflt ' Toklo, December 31. A now insnranco ordinance to protect the local lifo and marine insurance companies has been gazotted. The ordinance is of a stringent character, and compels foreign companies to increase their initial deposits with the State, plus a deposit of sixty per centum of reserves.
