(Specially written for Tub Dominion.) THURSDAY. Rico Soup. Cold Beef. Spring Salad. New Potatoes. Stowed Peaches. Junket. ( Cream. SPRING SALAD. .7: One lettuce, bunch of watercress, bunch of mustard nad cress, 1 tomato, 1 bardboiled egg. Mash the gvoen. 6alads carefully, taking cars not to bi.'uise.tho leaves, and drain them well on a cloth. Pour boiling water over tho tomf.to, peel it, and cut it into eections. Cut Jho egg into neat pieces. Mix the salad with a dressing, and arrange tastefully in a salad-bowl, TRENCH DRESSING. One tablespoonful salad oil, pinches of :pepper and salt, 1 dessertspoonful vinegar. Mix the oil and seasonings in a bpwl, then eradually work in the vinegar. FOR TO-MORROW. Soluiapper, Breadcrumbs,' 2 lemons. Suet.
