THE AMERICAN DYNAMITARDS., PAINFUL SCENES IN COURT. 'By Teleeraph—Press Association—Copyright Indianapolis, December 28. A verdict of guilty was found' in the cases in which thirty-eight labour union officials were charged with complicity in the dynamite plots, including the dynamiting of the Los Angeles "Times." \ Frank Ryan, President of- the International Structural Steel Workers' Union, was found guilty of using the union's funds, to destroy. the property of contractors who. refused'to recognise the union. The wives of the men in court became hysterical when the , verdict was announced. There were some painful scenes. The Judge branded John Butler, vicepresident of the Iron Workers' Union, as a perjurer, when ,he denied evidence drew .£'2oo monthly as'pay "for carrying out the dynamitings. An appeal has been lodged.
