SUMMARY AND FORECAST. - Present Indications are for warm and humid conditions, increasing cloudiness, with rain following, Increasing northerly wjads and a falling barometer everywhere- A westerly area of low pressure is now enveloping the DoWarm and hazy weather has been experienced everywhere, and an unsteady barometer.
