For insobriety, Edward Mohan was conrioted and discharged, John M'lntosh convicted and discharged, and William Brew was fined £1. Charles Mahoaey, a fireman, was fined £2 for assaulting Constable Dyer, and ordered to pay £3 for damaging the con- ' stable's teeth while the officer was arresting him. Harry Slater, another lonic fireman, was fined £2 for having obstructed Constable Barton, who was making an arrest, and he yras ordered to pay 10s. 6d, for having damaged the officers 6hako.
