DOCTORS JOIN INSURANCE PANELS. Sy Teleerapa-Press Association—Oonyrlsht London, December 27. Forty-nine doctors at Leeds and a in&i ority at Doncaster have joined the Insurance Panel. Tho majority at Edinburgh and Leith refused; but panels are forming, in most of the other centres in Scotland. The Commissioners of the Isle of Wight are organising a whole-time service, and are engaging fifteen doctors at .£3OO annually, and three specialists at .£SOO.
