MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Messrs. E.. Arnold, J. Salek, and D. Keir.) For ' insobriety Joseph Higgins, James Condon, and Glen Davis Barclay were each fined 10s. Patrick Ferguson was fined £2 for having assaulted Richard John Hicks. Joseph Archer Black was fined ,£2 for having used objectionable language on the Queen's Wharf.
