WRECK OFF NEWFOUNDLAND.
TWENTY-TWO LIVES LOST. ........ By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht Vancouver, December 23. From St. John, Newfoundland, it is reported, that the steamer Florence struck a rock near Saint Shots, and that twentytwo "persons were drowned. The mate, Mr. Hedley, and a few men escaped in a small boat.
