RAILWAY OFFICIALS ARRESTED. Bj Teleiraph—Press ABsocln.tion-Copyridit Now York, December 23. Mr. Smithers and other officials of the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway have been indicted at the instance of the Grand Jury for a breach of tho anti-trust law in connection with tho operation of the New York, New Haven, and Hartford railway. A railway conspiracy preventing the operation of steamships is also alleged.
