Beat tho white's stili'ly, and stir in tho dissolved gelatine, and whisk this mixture gradually into tho fruit puree. Whisk until almost 6ct, and pour into tho lined mould. Turn out and decorato with chopped jelly. FOR TO-MORROW. Half a pint of lentils, sclniiappor, cauliflower, sponge cake, geintino, half <v gill of bream, vanilla essenco, lemon juico, angelica.
