A presentation has been made by the officers of tho Treasury Department to one of-their number, Mr. H. G. Welsh, on tho occasion of his marriage. Mr. J. W. Poynton, Secretary of the Treasury, in -making the presentation, referred in eulogistic terms to Mr. Welsh's capabilities, and the recipient replied suitably.
