Taylor (see- j rotary), Kirk, List, Townsend, and Abra- ! jiall, The secretary of the Wellington | Education Board advised that 28 new j dual desks were being supplied to tho j school, and during tho holidays preparations would bo made to alter tho desk to a design, which has given satisfaction in other schools. Oil the motion of Mr. ll'lvenzie, it was, resolved to draw tho Education Board's attention to the state of the lighting in the infant schoolroom, and request the board to have tho gas installed in tho infants' school. The half-yearly summoned meeting of Court JGpuni, No. 7311, was held on Thursday evening, C.ll. Bro.' Clark presiding,. " The election of a judicial committee resulted as follows;—M. Robinson, A. ;Poiiiton, R. Parrant, W: Miller, W. P. Patterson, 13. Tremain, T. J. Pelham, P. Clark, P. W. Andrews, P. It. Miles, C., J. Lewin,' B. Riddler, Jas. Miller, and A. Burnley. . The executive officers from "Wellington'attended to make a presentation to the P.D.C.R. of a Forester's jewel, framed certificate, and P.D.C.R. sash and neck ribbon. Bro. L. Leadbenter and .Bro. W. P. Patterson were made presen- 1 tatioins for completing two terms of offioe.
