Servia, is to recognise Albanian autonomy, receiving tho use of a commercial port on tho Albanian coast connected with a neutral railway. SETTLEMENT IN SIGHT. THE; AMBASSADORS' CONFERENCE. Tho "Morning Post" says that as a result of the Ambassadors' Conference, tho Adriatic and Albanian autonomy questions are well on towards settlement, Servia showing a spirit of unselfishness, and a desire not to endanger European peace. ■ CLEARING THE GROUND. Fort Bizani is still uncaptured. Thero have been heavy losses on both sides. Lieutenant. Musuris flew over Yanina and dropped bombs. The Turgish riflemen penetrated the wings ■of his aeroplane, but/the lieutenant returned' to camp safely.
