IN CHAA[BEHS.-LIDEL CASE. An interlocutory matter was dealt with in the Supreme Court in Chambers yesterday by Mr. Justics,Chapman in connection with the alleged libel action, William Alexander Bell v. Milo Kow. .Defendant moved to strike out certain wnrd« in the statement of claim, and to amend the statement b.v separating the damages in vesppiit of each cause of action. ' His Honour made tin- order in respect of tin; separation uf damages, ami in re. jfa'ril to Hie other part of the motion made a nolii that alleged publication to "Bradbnry and others" referred to one occasion. Costs of the motion arc to be costs in the action. ■Mr. T. S. Vvoston appeared in support of the defendant's motion, while Mr, M, Jlyors onpowd it on behalf of the t>loiuJiff. .
