The Premier (Mr. M'Gowen) and Mr. Holman declare that they know nothing of the "Sydney Morning HeraJd's" reported, modification of the Government House ' proposals. Regarding the .proposal action to obtain an injunction against tie Government taking over t.hi> property, Crown counsel's opinion -supports' Mr. Holman's contention that there is no substantial question to be submitted to the Court. An opinion obtained by those seeking the injunction is directly' opposed to this.
