At Porirua last evening, as a fitting winding-iip of the year, tho children of the school, under the direction oi the headmaster, Mr. 11.I 1 . A. Jlason, 'gave an excellent concert, ths programme consisting of part and notion songs, soles, •recitations, military and physical exercises, humorous and other items. Two pupils. Misses Ruby Dear and Alice Gydu, ployed most of tho accompaniments. The prizss and certificates won by pupils duriii" the year were presented by Mrs. Hassall.
