CHANGE OF POLICY INDICATED. By Aesocici'lon—Conyrlebt Sydney,. December 18. The "Sydney Horning' Herald" states that orders have been issued that nothing is to be disturbed at Government House. The paper interprets this ns a modification of the Government's resumption policy, and says .that it may be taken to mean that when Lord Chelmsford retires in Starch his successor will be quartered in the historic house with an area surrounding it about equal to that suggested by Lord Donmnn.
