Unsettled and cloudy. weather, with rain, is probable on the West Coast and in the couth, and iucrcac-his cloudiness, preceding rain, in many parts elsewhere. The barometer has been unsteady, but has fallen again to-day. Strong westerly windfl have predominated, with changeable weather Generally, and some showers in partis. B. 'V.
