THE SUBMARINE,E2 DISASTER. By Tolecraph—Pross Association—CoDjrteM Berlin, December 15. The owners of the Hamburg-American liner Amerika pay the British Admiralty 95 per .cent of the loss of submarine 82, and also meet the claims of the relatives and crew. The Amerika Tan into the submarine B2 off Dover on October 3 last and sank her. fourteen persons, including the commander of tho submarine, Lieutenant Percy O'Brien, were drowned.
