fßpeolally written for Thb Do_i»ion.) TUESDAY. Vegetable soup. Colonial goose. Potatoes, Cauliflower. Red currant tart. French pancakes. FRENCH PANCAKES. One ounce flour or rice flour, loz. butter, loz. sugar, 1 egg, J teacupful milk or cream, juice of i lemon, jam. Have one dozen flat round tins well greased; cream the butter and sugar, beat in the yolk of tho egg with a litle flour; add tho remainder of the flour with tho milk and lemon juice. Fold in the white of the egg stiftly beaten, and pour into the tins. Bake in a hot oven until well risen, brown, and 'firm, about ten minutes. Turn on to a sugared paper; put a little hot jam on each, and sandwich two rounds together. Pile neatly on n hot dish, and dust with castor sugar. FOR TO-MORROW. Ox kidney. Two pounds mutton cutlets. Onions, Green peas. Marmalade.
